Has anyone else had this issue? I transferred 330k points from Capital One to Flying Blue. It’s supposed to be an instant transfer but the mikes still haven’t posted. Yesterday Capital One said that it may take up to 24 hours due to the fact this it’s a weekend. But now we’re after 24 hours and the miles still haven’t posted. Capita One says that the points have processed on their end and that this is a Flying Blue issue. The problem is that customer service is non existent there. Any suggestions?
