Arrived in Frankfurt three weeks ago with my wife with a three hour layover. Try to access lounges via Priority Pass as part of the Amex Platinum program, and my wife turned away because the Lufthansa lounge is under priority pass only allowed one person. They also refused to accept any kind of a payment for the second person.

so to summarize, Lufthansa lounges as part of Priority Pass are only available to individuals traveling alone, which does not seem right to me.

I bumped it to Amex to investigate and they were unable to help, but Lufthansa is not playing fairly.
