Bags were put on the next days flight, they simply were not loaded at ZRH, the baggage desk saw it all online, so the disappointing element of that is why was i not informed onboard or by the HON/ F PA on arrival …… instead of having to wait at the carrousel & then line up at the baggage desk…..
LX then told me at 08.00 next day your bags are here can we deliver them, Yes ! Finally turned up at 18.00 because they were put with all the other bags & it was a distance delivery round….
