As to "correct what," that question only needs to be asked if in fact the class on BRU-ORD has changed. I'm not seeing anything currently on their website, only the 'Business' classification in the image on my OP. Looking at United's site, they have it as PZ (makes sense).
My concern is the 'cancellation' of the Premium Economy booking and LH rebooking it under Business, but possibly under an award redemption since UA has it as PZ. Since PQPs are not earned on awards, does the PZ upgrade eliminate the BRU-ORD PQPs?

If the side of the plane has a GIANT sticker (or paint) that says UNITED - fare class is irrelevant - you could book via UA.com, LH, LX, NH expedia, whatever - your PQP = FARE PAID - fare class does NOT matter at all for ANYTHING except where you sit - PERIOD (Caveat - Basic economy - I don't think it earns but I could be wrong)
If the side of the plane says anything BUT UNITED - then there is simple test
1. Does the ticket start with 016?
YES - PQP = Fare paid - fare class doesn't matter
No - That is where you start calculating stuff and fare class matters
Where you went wrong is in the spots on that chart where the ticket says "Operated by United Airlines" you need to change the Airline to UA and you will probably get the correct numbers. Also PE on LH and NH are G, E, N but on UA they are O, A, R - if you put in N for UA - that is basic economy and probably will earn Zero - so filling out the chart accurately is paramount - and tricky.
