I'm having the same problem. A buy up on an award ticket never posted from 10 days ago. I emailed 1K voice and 2 days later they wrote me back saying I needed to fill in an online refund form. Huh? They clearly never read my email because I asked for the PQP to post to my account as I had already flown the trip. So I emailed them back, copy and pasted the clear e-ticket number from the receipt for the buy-up and asked them again to post it. Still waiting....
Please tell me 1K voice is not becoming as awful as Marriott Ambassador service.
