This year, I have a companion pass from a credit card offer. So I know the the companion almost always gets the boarding number next to the companion pass holder. Except in the case of the companion pass holder having BS or upgrading to early boarding.

I will get A-list status after my flight this week, and my girlfriend has earned her own companion pass through points good until the end of next year. So next year, when I fly as her companion, will we both get the early check-in benefit from my A-list status? On the off-chance we get B or C boarding group, will we both be able to board after A group during the A-list boarding?
