Global Upgrade Certificate Availability

Refundable First Class available (LAX-DTW)

Refundable Premium Select available (DTW-MUC)

Refundable Delta OneŽ available (DTW-MUC)
No.
That means you can upgrade to PS from Main with a GUC.
Or you can upgrade from PS to D1 with a GUC, if you buy PS.
There is no longer a way you can go from Main to D1 except at T-24.
