Presumably BA could move the CCR checkpoint about 5 metres down the hallway (near the spa entrance), then knock through the spa area, toilets, cabanas and helpdesk, and make a big new area - clearly toilets and helpdesk would need to be re-sited within that area, but still a big net gain in space.
Otherwise, BA will just have to wait for the number of GGLs reduce through 2023 - and just
ignore manage complaints about overcrowning in the meantime.
