I concur with both KARFA and orbitmic, at the same time.

There are plenty of ways the CCR could improve physical capacity, such as the pod removal, terrace , cabanas etc.

On the other hand, the delays and cancellations earlier this year didn't help the CCR capacity, as many customers just hung around until their flights eventually boarded or got cancelled.

But it has been busier in the last year or so, when we have been there, , not flounge busy, but even so, too busy for my liking.

I have no idea about numbers of GGL vs old fashioned CCRs, but I suspect that too has increased the numbers.

We just avoid the typical 'busy' times.

But for someone else who has to commute, say weekly at the same time, and then that same time is the 'busy' time, I fully understand it would be a pain. ( we don't , we only fly once/twice a month)

To me the CCR big plus, is the tranquility of the place. And I certainly hope the busy times are fleeting.
