My sister asked me to book her a flight for a meeting in New York. She'll be flying in Sunday morning (probably 10-12) on the 19th, and will fly out Tuesday the 21st in the late afternoon/evening.

She won't have a lot of luggage and wants to take public transport into the city (the area near 56th and 3rd ave.). Would this be easier to/from EWR or JFK? (or is it better to fly into one and out the other?).
