What do you mean by “menu choices”? Check to see if the ticket has been reissued. Click on “view receipt” and you should see 2 things: the upgraded segments will show class as OK/OV/OX/RV depending on the flight. Also, you will have a different ticket number from the original ticket number that would have been emailed to you.
