If you use a GUC, but no menu choices are presented for the D1 flight, does it mean that the ticket may not have been reissued? I called to ask, but the customer service rep said the flight was confirmed. The GUC is marked as used, and the OY class shows under the flight. But no menu choices available on the web sight or the app.
