HND vs. NRT. It depends where you are going in Tokyo and whether you are taking public transport or taxi/uber. I almost always fly HND, but NRT is not bad either.

Carrier - IMHO it's all about the seat. Haven't flown PE on any of the carriers so I can't say. NH and JL have better service.
