My wife and I have stayed here twice and are looking at booking a third stay in December. Does anyone understand the details of their cancelation policy when booked on points? It used to be refundable up until a certain date, but now the terms say non-refundable. I know there was conveersation upthread on this but still not very clear. I've reached out to the property as well.
My stay, booked entirely with points has a 30 day cancellation policy:
Cancellation PolicyCanceling your reservation before 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on XXXX, 2023 will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation after 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on XXXX, or failing to show, will result in a charge equal to the entire stay per room to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. Points + Cash bookings are charged immediately in USD, and cancellations are refunded in points only.
