Guessing you were just looking at KL chart (and not AF chart). They recently updated KL charts to include W/S/A PE fares and likely screwed up their chart for biz fare earnings when they made the update. The screw up was pointed out here in the KL PE fare earnings thread. KL C/D/I/Z discount biz fares will almost certainly continue to earn 150% MQM just like AF and DL C/D/I/Z discount biz fares. The %200 MQM earnings currently showing for all KL biz fares is very likely incorrect and I would expect DL to correct chart at some point.
