Well we really didn't need a daily shuttle. The O-Zone bus is great; just need to walk across the office building to get there. I also discovered that one of the main elevators to/from the lobby also go to the basement directly. We've stayed at the PH probably a handful of times now and I never knew this (or forgot). This trip was our first to Tokyo with our baby in tow. With a little one, the playground across the street in Chuo park was great.... on weekdays and late evenings. On weekends, it was a zoo, as warned by the agent who checked us in.
