Yes, sad isn't it? This thread is rife with sad stories of folks trying to make a voluntary change to a rez. or struggling with a change from an IRROPPS situation.
I would never make a flight rez. with my UR pts unless it was close-in and I was sure I wouldn't be making a change. Most of my bookings are for rental cars & an occasional independent hotel.
