It states that NEXUS includes TSA PreCheck only for US citizens, US permanent residents, and Canadian citizens. If that description is accurate, then other NEXUS-eligible populations (Canadian permanent residents, Mexican nationals) wouldn't get PreCheck as part of NEXUS.

(The description of TSA PreCheck under the NEXUS section of CBP's website doesn't make this distinction, but the description in the Global Entry section does make this distinction.)
