Sadly, not that I'm aware of. It is hard for me to understand why hotel chains don't offer an easy-to-use map of all of their properties. They all seem to have maps buried on their website, but they're not very functional.
For example, you can use this Marriott webpage:
https://www.marriott.com/hotel-search.mi Click on the state you want, and then you'll get a list of search results. Then you can switch from list to map view. It's painful how many steps there are, and if you want to look at another state/region, you have to start back over.
This third-party map is growing more and more out-of-date, but might be generally helpful:

Probably the best trick is to use hotels.google.com, filter by brand, and then you can zoom in and out pretty nimbly.
