One thing that worries me is do the FA's use the area in front of you to put snack baskets? Just not sure I would want to be in that row if that counter in front is used for that. Also, how is the noise from the galley? 7 would be somewhat close to the galley but not as close of 9 of course. I like that there is no lav on the A side mid cabin or I think I'd be choosing 7 for sure.
I usually pick 9L. The footwell is larger in bulkhead row and I think provides much better comfort. You will hear some noise from the galley but usually quiets down after meal service. I also have no concerns about snack basket on the bassinet, people don't congregate or anything around the snack basket and I don't care if they see me sleeping or whatever.
I also don't mind being in the aft-J cabin, people parading around me during boarding doesn't bother me either.
Choose seat 7 if you don't mind narrow footwell and if you're sensitive to people being around you during boarding.
