Really great one today on OSL to LHR, BA767, by the inflight lead. She did the greetings to those of us down the back immediately following the CE meal service, was gracious and friendly without being obsequious, natural, and very generous with what was offered. I was parched and initially just asked for a cup of tea - she came back with tea, nuts, and a Do & Co Mousse - then I came to my senses and asked for a G&T which she went off and brought back. She was also very diligent in terms of offering refills.
I've been fortunate to have two excellent CSM/IFL in the last 8 days or so, one in CE and one in ET, and it really does make all the difference.
I wonder if we had the same inflight lead - I flew LHR to OSL on Friday in ET (was offered at check-in an upgrade for £137, no thanks) and after the CE meal service she came over and welcomed me...OW Emerald not BA gold, but said thanks for sticking with them. I didn't ask for anything as was nice and full after a few hours in the CX lounge in Terminal 3.
