Thanks, and yes I have a feeling this is exactly why we were chosen over others - we're (sadly!) down at Blue just now having been out the game for some while. Whilst its frustrating given we booked the flights almost a year ahead but were the first to be bumped, I do understand the need to prioritise higher status members - i'd have expected the same back when we had it ourselves
