I travelled with that age range several times and it’s definitely the hardest! Overnight a seat is invaluable so you can lay them down and let them sleep the whole time.

FYI for 4m from now, once they are 2 they can’t sit in your lap for take off/landing so I’d avoid club seats where yo7 can’t reach them to keep them in place unless they are good about sitting still. We actually moved to economy for take off when he was exactly 2 years for that reason.
