According to skyteam.com/loungefinder (you must enter a CAPTCHA to see the results) there are several lounges in BKK. But none of them list SV as partner. So when your upgrade clears, ask at the check-in for a lounge invitation. Check-in agents should be aware of which lounge eligible SV-flyers can use in BKK.
