Introducing herself as the purser too. Isn't that so much more job specific, a proper title unlike cabin manager or in flight blah blah?
Maybe to those of a
certain age. I find Inflight Manager, or Cabin Manager or Inflight Lead a far more accurate descriptor for the job they undertake.
