It was nice the other night, long haul on AY from HEL in J.
Before take off, specifically she came over to us (both Gold) and welcomed us and she also knew this was our first Finnair flight.

Introducing herself as the purser too. Isn't that so much more job specific, a proper title unlike cabin manager or in flight blah blah?
