In general, I don't understand the overwhelmingly positive reviews. It's good but not great.

Upgraded to grand suite at 28th floor. Massively big room with living room with separate living and dining areas.
Room is nice and clean. Overall state is positive but some wear and tear starts to be noticeable.

Food options were mediocre in my opinion. Also, lots of younger and backpack-type guests in the restaurant areas. Service was lackluster and not as friendly as I would have expected, at both Pearl lounge as well as Sahha.
Generally breakfast was hectic. Breakfast quality was OK but not great. Wide selection but no love in the product. Mass operations everywhere.
Grand club at Pearl lounge was relaxing but food quality also just OK, not great. Service was absolutely inattentive.

This property is a solid category 4 Hyatt in a great building but nothing more. Not a hidden gem or something.

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is out of reach relating to service and food quality and overall tranquility.
