Last Wednesday flying LAX-SEA on a E175 from LAX T5 and the remote Skywest stands, were paged to come to the desk.

Gate agent Andrea said thank you for being a Oneworld Emerald and please board the aircraft now, before the wheelchairs, veterans etc.

Not sure if it’s only Andrea who does this? She called me in my mobile last month while in the Flagship Lounge at LAX to pre-board me on LAX-BOS.

Good for her, it’s just a small, sweet thing to do.
