I think I have had an edge case event breaking the AC website.
Booked my ticket through ACV +AC rouge (rookie mistakes, still regretting my poor life choses), e-up requested, waitlisted outside of clearance window.
Flight time changed, won't let me confirm it (acknowledge the changes) through AC website (since it's booked through TA), the flight got split into two flight segment (on the same day on the same plane)one with my original class, the other being the Holding (waitlisted) in R class.
So, did they clear my eup while rescheduling my flight?
I don't even know what is going on anymore.
Cowtool seem to have the most accurate answer showing TK (confirmed, time change) on my original seat and TN (holding need, time change) on my waitlisted holding.
They did not clear it. TK/TN sounds right. I'd actually see if AC res can clean that up, but if not, you need to call the TA.
