Just completed a stay here.

I was struggling to choose between this property and the London House (Curio) which I've stayed at before and really liked. Ultimately decided to give this one a shot as it was slightly cheaper (I booked on points). Notified on the app 36hrs in advance of Diamond upgrade to a suite. Staff was great and very accommodating as we requested a late checkout. The room was very nice (I'd post pictures but the ones above in the thread are pretty much what we experienced). Was given a $18 F&B credit (x2 guests so $36 total) which we used on breakfast in the lobby restaurant. Food was fine and I was pleased with the options - especially the different coffees (lattes, americanos, etc).

Overall I'd give this a 9/10 because I would definitely stay here again. Really the only drawback (and this echos comments from others above) - was the location. If you're in town for leisure as a tourist the location isn't the best in the world - but I realized that going in. We never felt unsafe, but it's a fair walking distance to attractions, stores, restaurants and not one I would want to do late at night.
