Sadly I won’t know for a few more hours if my flight to OTP will ultimately allow me to leave with my bags in the right place - we’re headed back to the gate to change planes.
considering I assume this is the first time ever you have experienced this on presumably many ba flights, you surely must realise this was a complete one off weird experience extremely unlikely to be repeated on your upcoming OTP flight or probably again ever.
i can only add my comments to cws that over many flights I have never experienced or see this happen myself.
