Wouldn't it make sense to buy a eSIM code from amazon in november beside of starting the eSIM card directly from IIJMio website in october, if I need the data allowance not before december? Would safe one month data which would otherwise expire before we get go japan.
Or will it possible to get a cheap 0GB or 2GB package for the first month, then change to a 8Gb package in november?
