I am self-employed so don't have an annual salary. How do Barclays police the £75k salary requirement in that situation ?

I can easily generate transfers of over £75k into a new Premier A/C (say from a National Savings A/C or an account in my wife's name). Would that be enough if drip fed in ? I could also have some payments from clients paid into the account, but they would be a random amount and frequency. Would that be enough ?
