From reading the Nexus website info, it appears to read the you get GE benefits only at Canadian airports that have U.S. pre clearance. In other words, you would have no GE benefits flying from, say, LHR to the U.S if you have Nexus. Is this anyone's read and/or experience?

So many posts here say you can't have both GE and Nexus at the same time, but based on my read of the limited GE benefit, it seems that if you have Nexus you don't fully have GE, just GE at Canadian airports with U.S. Preclearance. For me, Nexus would be great for U.S. - Canada travels, but GE is important for entering the U.S. from places other than Canada.

Any insight or experience with this is appreciated!
NEXUS includes all Global Entry benefits:

Global Entry Frequently Asked Questions
For NEXUS and SENTRI Members at Global Entry Kiosks

All current NEXUS members, and U.S. citizens and U.S. lawful permanent residents who are SENTRI members, are eligible to use Global Entry kiosks once they provide fingerprints and document information to CBP. If CBP already has your fingerprints and document information on file, you can use Global Entry kiosks without further action and at no additional cost. If you are a Mexican national in SENTRI, you must apply for Global Entry through your TTP account.
