Oh boy, I popped in here just to see if those of you who have had this card for awhile now are happy with it. trikotret, you've always been my master jedi on these BofA cards. So, you're giving up the Elite version and going back to PR?

I have been stockpiling my points in my PR all year, anticipating that if I make the move then I'll have a ton to use on flights. I don't travel as often as I used to but they can be eaten up pretty quickly in business class. Thus far I've been using the Amex 50% back combined with the 1.5X earning for flights and I have a few million MR points to burn still. Adding the Elite visa on top of that is something I'd only want to do if I can consistently get the 20% off flights that's promised (there are some times that it's not a fantastic value to use the amex points, even with the 50% back). All the other "perks" of the card are like a homework chore to me, figuring out which things are counted and credited, it's very annoying.

Should I just cash in all my points now and forget about this Elite version of the card? I am relatively happy with my PR being the catch all for any charge under $5,000 that I don't also need Amex purchase protection on.
