It was a Hampton, which did not have a safe. No other Hilton property nearby.
I would like to see Hilton respond to the policy, and I don't think naming the hotel would be adequate.
I feel if and when you brand or franchise services or products, you should take responsibility.
Lateral comparison: Amazon does take customer service responsibility. Hilton apparently less so.
