How about Turkish business class? Comparable to Eva or any others?
I had DFW-IST and IST-ORD flights last week with TK. I would prefer them over SQ. They will feed you to oblivion, for long layover there is either a room available at TK Business lounge where you can sleep/relax or you can take free tour to IST offered by TK (and they will feed you to oblivion during the tour).
