I would call Qsuites First-minus. And food/wine often rivals F offering on other airlines.

But QR F on A380 is a true First product in terms of seat, food (excellent caviar), wines (super grand crus), service and F lounge in DOH.
What I truly enjoy is the wonderful bathroom. SO huge and luxurious.
