Does anyone know when the best time is for them to hang suit jackets in the closet? I realize hanging up coats is not their highest priority.
Assume this is for the first class cabin on a cross country domestic flight.
Any help/observations greatly appreciated.
My approach is to put a jacket I want hung in my lap. What I’ve noticed is that great crews will fairly quickly ask, “Can I get that hung up for you”? (Really, great crews will do this while they pause boarding to do the PDB service (and yes, I’ve had this happen post pandemic)). If they don’t ask, I will ask as they walk through the aisle (which typically occurs after boarding is complete).
