Glad you got in. I recall a similar exchange several years ago when I flew Polaris-ORD-EWR-onwards, and I had to scan multiple BPs before getting the green light at EWR PL. Can't remember which one ended up working (I don't think it was the Polaris segment though since I probably would have attempted to try that one first).
Never experienced anything like this at SFO where I've used the PL there multiple times after arriving on a domestic segment connecting from a Polaris flight.
Website makes pretty clear that access is available at connecting and arrival airports.
