It is ridiculous that you can upgrade with cash but not with points/vouchers. Thats the way to keep your customers loyal.
AY may sell the cash upgrades but they should keep the waitlist open and continue to clear miles and vouchers upgrades into available seats until departure. All J seats should be filled.
