United still has one 753 in storage, so there does not appear to be tremendous urgency to return it to service. Inducting used aircraft is also a time-consuming, costly and labor-intensive process. Particularly challenging is the maintenance aspect. The indication I've received from UA is that they do not intend to add any more used aircraft to the fleet.

FI uses its two 753s pretty aggressively, so I doubt they are looking to part ways with either of them. I don't think United would touch any of the Ukrainian 753s.
