I understand your pain / annoyance but the only thing of relevance for FT is the name of the hotel so that we can avoid it - or at least decline housekeeping. Tripadvisor reviews would also help alert the wider world.
Everything else is about your insurance policies (to cover your financial loss) and whether hotel management decides to compensate you. "We are not responsible for valuables left in your room" is a given. Hilton corporate aren't going to get involved.
And FWIW the police would do practically nothing if you were mugged in the street for your 400+ EUR phone or watch.
