I thought I'd try solving my precheck/birthdate problem for next week. Tried logging in to my account to see what my current birthday is. Can't log in. Oh, well. It's Frontier. Maybe in a couple hours.
If my b-day is still wrong, is there any way to "escalate" Frontier customer service? When I reached "chat" earlier this week and the agent said my birthdate was showing correct in HIS system, there seemed to be nothing else he could do. Does anybody have an idea how to try to fix this, other than wait and hope they get their act together?
