I second Poujaran - fabulous bread. In that area, also try Millet, a patisserie. Poilene is also great. Unfortunately, I don't have their addresses. For a truly magnificent restaurant, I recommend Pierre Gagnaire - Michelin 3 star (and IMO one of the best in France). Also, Timgad (used to have one, now I believe nothing) is great Moroccan.
