Same experience here for a few days now. I was going to use some orphan miles there to book a short award hop but the app logged me out, wouldn't recognize my Flying Club number (double checked from an email from them 10 days ago) or email address to try a password reset. Can't log in on the website either, and it doesn't recognize my number or email there either. I did just click the link in the email to join Virgin Red and when it asked me to link my Flying Club account, no problem at all entering my Flying Club number and what I thought (correctly) was my password; successfully linked and my miles are still there. Seems to be an IT glitch and thankfully they didn't close my account for inactivity (which I forgot was no longer a thing).
