Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I had to do what GumboCook did to check-in: get rid of my Known Traveller Number -- and therefore my precheck. I was able to reach an agent on Frontier's chat feature, but he said their system was showing my correct birthdate. I told him it was now off by a day in my online profile, but he couldn't see that. With no solution available, I ditched the precheck to get checked in.
I'm flying Frontier in another 12 days. Obviously, I'd like to get precheck to work again. Anyone have any ideas how to get Frontier to fix this? I'm sure we're not alone, and it doesn't seem like this problem is unsolvable.
