The middle 30 seats are bulkhead so you have a wall in front of you, but decent legroom.
Row 34 is your typical Economy+ seat so probably the least leg room, however you can extend your legs under the seat in front of you.
45C will have "infinite" leg room as you are by the exit with a FA jump seat on the other side of the door.
