As others have pretty clearly called out, you will lose out on the PQP for the LAST leg only that you do not fly. All of the other flights will post to your account with their assigned PQP.

As someone else suggested...if you do plan to ever take that leg at some point in the future you can simply SDC it after your board the 5th flight to the hub that you intend to stay at. You can technically SDC as many times as you want as long as the fare class is available.
