Has anyone preferred an interior suite to the a regular room?

I’m staying on cat 1-4 free nights do can’t use a TSU. Don’t think the better suites are available. The only comments on the interior suites above is they changed rooms (but not sure if to regular rooms or not). Wondering if I should accept or decline upgrade if offered.

is the a better part of the hotel for a regular room?
